Don't rely on Fossil Fuels
For over two centuries our entire world wide economy has been based on finite resources which are running out at a terrifying rate and we're using more every day.
This cannot continue to work.
If you don't believe us that things are getting worse, you only have to look into tar sand mining in Bever Creek, Canada. This is a style of extracting oil from the ground which is more expensive and four times more dangerous to the environment than traditional drilling. Considering the oil companies are out for money: end of; you have to be worried. We cannot let this continue.
Reuse, reduce, recycle: that's the best advice we can give. There's loads of example of it in this site, in everything we do here. From bits of html and css that we're re-imagining across the site.
Also, invest in alternative forms of power. Or just walk and use public transport; half the time in a city it's quicker, cheaper and less hassle.
